Refund policy
We (Lamitech Design Limited) will only accept returns with the following terms and conditions:
Returns will be accepted but this must be reported to Lamitech Design Ltd within 7 days of the delivery or collection date and be in as new condition with no marks, dents, discolouration, or visible faults.
All return postage costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser unless and with exception that the goods are faulty. Goods must be returned, unused, in their original packaging.
Items that arrive damaged in Transit will be replaced at no expense to the customer. Any faulty item must be returned in its original packaging having not been used, with the manufacturer’s protective covering still attached. Following inspection of the product(s), we will advise you of the findings and arrange to send replacement item(s) as soon as possible.
In addition, we will also refund the return postage costs provided the fault is accepted by Lamitech Design Ltd within 7 working days of acceptance.
PLEASE NOTE!
All deliveries must be checked for damages and signed for upon receipt. If damages are not noted with the Haulier delivering the goods and Lamitech Design Limited immediately and at the time of delivery, we will be unable to process any claims made at any later date.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to fully inspect their goods prior to accepting and signing for any delivery.
Items that are ordered but no longer required can be returned at the buyer’s expense. A full refund or exchange for another colour will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the item no longer required. All returned items must be in perfect condition and unused. In this case we do not refund any return postage costs.
Before returning items, please contact us so we can authorise the return and provide any returns details.
